We've recently wrapped up a project for — Upgrading induction to our state-of-the-art equipment and replaced the gas kit with electric in this Charvet suite.
The worktop is new, but we managed to save as much of the original kit as possible from the recycling smelter.⚡️

Chef-owner Radek Bak of Corner Grill House Restaurant, York is seeing some incredible results since switching to induction earlier this year.

Installed in January, his new induction cooking suite is saving him around £1,100 every month! 💷

💨 Gas bill: down from £1,600 → £300 (he’s kept just one gas char grill)
⚡ Electricity: up only £200
