With the bank holiday looming and conditions looking to be bright and sunny, it provides the perfect opportunity for spearos to compete in a way that is at the heart of spearfishing: The kitchen. 🍴

There are 4 weeks, but multiple recipes can be submitted. So there is time for trial and error. Errors should also be posted...as warnings e.g. Do not use 5 Carolina Reaper peppers. 🤯

So get out your wetsuits, cutlery and lemon juice (lime or other acid base also acceptable) and let's get cooking.
