Bespoke Shape
Each pond cover is templated on-site where we will roll steel to follow curves and to the exact shape of your pond by fabricating a steel template we can take away to complete and use as the outer frame of your pond cover. It may be you have a pond shape that doesn’t require a template, sometimes we are able to supply a diagram to be filled in by yourselves.
We always ask for photos of your pond in order to suggest the best plan of action.
Design
Each piece is unique, with the infill of the cover designed to your preference; creating an attractive and functional piece to secure the pond environment in your garden.
The Process
Your cover is made by craftsmen with a background in blacksmithing adding flair and artistic merit to your piece. After rolling and welding the outer frame on-site, the cover is completed in our workshops by experienced artisan fabricators, sent for galvanizing, and finished at our workshops ready for delivery and fitting.
Maintenance
We pay attention to ease of removal in our design for your cover so that it is easy to remove sections for maintenance or incorporate a pump access door where necessary. The galvanising process to the cover ensures the longevity of your piece protecting the metal from corrosion.
