We’re incredibly proud to recognise our employee Gareth White, who was recently praised by Police for his swift, calm actions at a work site.
Gareth, alongside colleagues from Cormac, helped prevent a potentially tragic incident through quick thinking and professionalism. His actions are a real credit to himself and reflect the values we’re proud to stand for as a business.

Commending a Cormac trio 🙌
Three Cormac colleagues have been praised by Police after their swift and calm actions helped prevent a potentially tragic incident at a work site. Jamie Whitford, Jaydon John and Gareth White acted instinctively and intervened to stop someone from jumping from a great height.
The Police Community Safety Officer who attended the scene said: “I cannot commend them highly enough… due to their quick thinking and actions, with no concern for themselves, they ultimately saved someone… You should be proud to have them working for you, they are a true asset to Cormac.”
Our Managing Director, Dominic Bostock was delighted to receive the kind words and said: “I’m very proud of Jamie, Gareth and Jaydon’s actions, and the committed, caring and considerate culture that we have in our teams.”
