Sessions on Tuesdays & Fridays, £8.50 per session or £12 all day. Join our community! It's your choice is an adult's activity service for people who have physical and/or learning disabilities. We help you to develop life skills, participate in fun activities and meet new friends. We want to support you to achieve the things you want out of life through choice, support, and opportunity.

Here's what's coming up at It's Your Choice this week...

Another week packed full of activities, creativity, food and fun is on the way.

This week we'll be putting our artistic skills to the test with Life Drawing and creating Fabric Shoulder Purses, before getting active with Fitness Class and Tennis sessions later in the week.

Our food activities include making a delicious Pesto Chicken Wrap and some tasty Ice Cream Biscuits, while our quiz and craft sessions are guaranteed to bring plenty of laughs along the way.

Whether it's learning something new, building confidence, making friends or simply having a great day, there's something for everyone at It's Your Choice.

We can't wait to see you all.

Coming Up Today at It's Your Choice Activities

We've got another fantastic day planned for everyone today, packed with fun, creativity and a little friendly competition.

This morning, we'll be celebrating Horse Racing Derby Day with themed activities and plenty of racing excitement.

This afternoon, it's time for our Killer Pool Competition. Who will come out on top and claim the bragging rights?

On the menu today is a delicious Nutella and Custard Croissant, and our creative session will see everyone getting involved with Character Painting.

We can't wait to see everyone and enjoy another great day together.

🥊 Session #2 at Viking Care! 🟡⚫️

Our inclusive boxing was back in action today for another amazing session, this time visiting the fantastic team at Viking Care in Margate!

The energy, focus, and absolute joy in the room were unmatched. Today’s session proved once again that boxing is truly for everyone, no matter your ability. It’s all about movement, building confidence, and bringing people together as one community.

A massive thank you to Alex Stockley and the T50 Amateur boxing academy for delivering another brilliant session, and a huge shoutout to the wonderful staff and residents at Viking Care Margate for making us feel so welcome. You all smashed it! 🌟

🛍️ STALL HOLDERS WANTED! 🛍️

We are officially looking for amazing local businesses and crafters to join us for the It’s Your Choice Activities Service C.I.C. Summer Fair! We still have space for around 12 different stalls, and we’d love for you to be a part of it.

If you want to showcase your goods to the local community while supporting an incredible cause, here is everything you need to know:

📅 Date: Saturday 27th June

⏰ Time: 10:00am – 14:30pm

📍 Location: Pie Factory Music, Youth Centre, High St, St Lawrence, Ramsgate (CT11 0QG)

Stall Booking Details:

We are charging a small pitch fee to secure your spot. Every single penny raised from pitch fees and the event will go directly toward funding activities for adults with additional needs and disabilities.

Spaces are limited! If you’d like to book a stall, send us a DM or drop a comment below with what you sell, and we will send over the booking details. ✨
