Another recent job done on this 7.5t horse box

Steps came down while driving and got caught on a set of railings while on the move resulting in taking the steps off and taking the side out

Removed all old rotten frame work that was left and made up new sections

new steps made up with a warning buzzer to notify the driver that the steps are left open

Finish off with 2.5mm chequered plate sides bent to shape and trimmed around edges

Couple more recent jobs over the last few weeks

Plenty of galvanised feed bins going out to Jenkins Equine and Farm Feeds, if you would like one please give the shop a ring, bins are made to order

Mega busy few weeks here in the workshop with no time spare to post

Returning customer came in for her 7.5t horse box to be plated

Truck had an air leak on the way up to us turning out to be a failed offside rear brake chamber, got the replacement part in and fitted along with an offside front tire out of date and flew through plating for another year

Full revamp on this 7.5t horse box living area including new cupboards, wall lining and floor laid to customers requirements

✅Started off by removing all old and outdated cupboards and flooring
✅replace under floor on entry area as rotted out
✅replace wall lining
✅lay herringbone floor
✅make up of new cupboards
✅new 2 ring burner and sink combo
✅new 12v fridge

This horse box came into us looking a bit sorry for itself, leaving us has given it a totally new and modern look

Bit of a different one on this Vw t6, customer came to us wanting a bed system that they could still use the original crew cab seats in front while keeping the storage of the boot area

Custom made frames that bolt into the original anchor point loops, white laminated doors to the rear with a carpeted tops
