It’s been 20 years since Stephen Smith MD started his business Sphere Risk Health & Safety Management in his back bedroom, from taking a personal passion for making workplaces safer to a 7-figure business is no small feat.
Sphere has worked from the ground up building upon the team of 1 to expanding to a team of 10 and now a team of 8, and Stephen is the only Smith to be a part of the Sphere dynasty. Steves wife Sharon and one of his children Edward is also part of the thriving Health & Safety business.
Sphere does a range of services which if you didn’t know include documentation, a personal health and safety competent person, event safety services, online training, plus much more.
“We are doing a few exciting projects to celebrate our 20th year including a new logo sponsoring and attending several events in and our Peterborough, the first of which is Creative Content Companies Big Networking exhibition over at Baa, Baa Bistro, The Mini Biscuit in May & October, and we will be celebrating in our own way too.” Edward said Marketing Director of Sphere RHSM
