🚜 Another CAV pump from a Massey Ferguson in today.
This one came in for a full overhaul after we discovered a significant amount of contamination inside the pump.

We fully stripped it down, cleaned and inspected every component, then rebuilt it to spec. It’s now running perfectly and ready to go back to work.

We’ve just finished a full recon on a complete set of Bosch 0445110616 injectors for a BMW 6-cylinder diesel. After a high-pressure fuel pump failure, these injectors were fully stripped, fitted with brand new valves and nozzles, and then precision-calibrated on our Hartridge Expert test bench to meet factory specs.

⚙️ Today at ADS ⚙️
We had a 6-cylinder Bosch inline pump in for a full recon. This one came off a Volvo Penta marine engine – and it was in a rough state.

💧 The pump was full of mixed water and diesel, leaving all the elements completely seized and heavily contaminated. Not a pretty sight when it first came in… but nothing we can’t handle here at ADS.

✅New parts and new seal’s
