We successfully dismantled the giant slide and carefully packed it onto two trailers. These trailers were then sent straight to Iraq. Our team took great care in ensuring that the slide was secured properly and protected during transportation. Our goal was to ensure that it arrived in Iraq in the best possible condition for reassembly and use. This is a traditional Waltzer ride that we broke down ready for its anual ADIPS & NTD inspection.

As we was removing the parts we found a broken steel bracket that holds the rotating floors together. this was seen by one of our ride technicians, which we then repaired on site,

Once the inspection was completed we returned back to the ride to install all the parts we previously removed ready for re-commissioning.

This was a replacement of parts on a traditional carousel / Galloper ride , these parts was initially only in to replace the steel collers at either end, but upon a closer inspection we found that quit a lot of the parts were rotten, so we replaced them with new Douglas fir timber and reshaped them to the original ride specification.
