Last Friday, NovoGen Engineering Solutions Ltd held our quarterly staff meeting and it was a fantastic day connecting with the team! 🎉

We were proud to announce Listening Ear Newtownabbey as our charity partner for 2026 and welcomed them to share more about this exciting partnership. 💙

We also celebrated Colin Rea, who is retiring – wishing him all the best in the next chapter of his life! 🥂

The day continued with Taste & Tour, where we enjoyed great food, laughter, and memorable moments together. 🍴✨

Quarterly Staff Meeting at Novogen Engineering

Last Friday, we held our quarterly staff meeting — always a great opportunity to come together, share updates, and of course, enjoy our traditional scones! 🫶

We were pleased to welcome Amber, Tracey and Stephen from our Business Banking partner Danske Bank, who delivered a very insightful and well-prepared presentation. Thank you for taking the time to join us and share your expertise — much appreciated!

Our team also received updates on ongoing projects, Health & Safety, Environment, Quality, and other key topics that keep Novogen Engineering moving forward.

To wrap up the day, we went out for a lovely lunch at a local Indian restaurant — absolutely delicious! 😋

We’re excited to introduce Regan, the newest member of the NovoGen Engineering Solutions team! With a background as an Electrical Technician in the Industrial/Commercial sector, Regan brings valuable experience and expertise to our workforce. ⚡🔧

Outside of work, Regan keeps busy with his fiancée, Sophie, and their son, Kaynin. Big celebrations are ahead, as their wedding day is set for the 5th of September! 🎉💍

When he's not on-site, you’ll likely find Regan:

Laurence is an experienced HVAC Engineer, with so many years in the field that he's lost count. His expertise and dedication have made a lasting impact on our team and clients alike.

Outside of work, Laurence enjoys all things related to road racing motorcycles 🏍️😁—a thrilling passion that perfectly complements his dynamic personality. He’s also a proud family man, married to his wonderful wife Elizabeth, with three children and four grandchildren.

When it comes to food, Laurence loves Italian and Indian cuisine, proving that his tastes are as diverse as his talents!
