🚨Big result today🚨
I was asked if I could assist having worked on these previously and the lack of support that these now have.
These older panels can be a real challenge. The software is tightly restricted, high-level codes/passwords are site-specific and changeable, and proper tech support is almost non existent. Not many engineers work on them anymore—documentation is scarce, tools are proprietary, and original installer fees can be eye-watering.

Still, persistence paid off✅All config files extracted, giving clear access to device texts, zones, and cause-and-effect programming to ensure any future upgrade is much smoother.

Legacy fire systems: rewarding when it clicks, but frustrating along the way…
