Young Enterprise is looking for inspiring business volunteers to support our Company and Team Programmes across schools and colleges in Wales.

As a volunteer, you'll:

✅ Mentor a team of young people running their own real business
✅ Share your experience and industry knowledge
✅ Help develop the next generation's confidence, resilience, and employability
✅ Grow your own leadership and coaching skills along the way

💡 No prior teaching or business ownership experience needed — just a passion for making a difference and helping young people thrive in the world of work.

🧠 Full training and safeguarding checks provided.

📆 We need volunteers who can commit to attending regular in-school meetings (flexible depending on your schedule).

Congratulations to our Managing Director, Peter Lewis, who won the Businessperson of the Year Award at the South Wales Argus awards last week.

Peter refers to himself as an Engineer rather than an entrepreneur, taking a practical approach to business. He is proud of the IAC apprentice scheme which he set up many years ago and his strong financial management is the reason IAC is where it is today.

We're proud of his achievements and will be sharing in this success with him.
