Some photos of my training in Gibraltar in June / July 2026. Lots of different courses completed successfully. The heat was the hardness part of these exercises, sometimes getting up to 38-42c which feels hot in full PPE 😅

It seems to have been my “big truck” week; 11500 kgs Doosan and a Lansing Linde 25000kgs; I love working on the docks, especially when the weather good.

I have delivered lots of different courses this month but this is a neat trick to show; turning a load “twice” using a carefully placed choke hitch, this was a 2-legged chain sling (grade10). The operator needed to prove a good deal of skill and control to achieve this, however, I must say he did it better the first time around😀
