Semi-Skilled Labourer / basic skilled Welder (Self-Employed)

WSM Fabrication specialises in marine repairs, plant repairs, fabrication, welding, and on-site line boring—and we’re looking for a motivated, reliable person to join myself on a self-employed basis.
What We Need:

Must be self-employed

Full UK driving licence

(MUST BE RELIABLE)

eager to learn and earn

Flt licence is a bonus not essential

Willing to work away when required

Available for emergency breakdown call-outs

Semi-skilled labourer or workshop welder wanting to expand their skills

broke every rule in the book but I just saved someone alot of down time and money by repairing from the inside as it wasn't possible to repair the outside without removing the pipe👨‍🏭🔥

Today i went back to where my apprenticeship started 12 years ago as one of my customers has taken over the yard and workshops next door to there site. Had some great laughs in this sh*tty old workshop and learnt abit along the way🤣looks like ill be spending abit more time around here 🧑‍🏭🔥
