A few weeks ago I was commissioned to build, deliver and install a plywood display for a client in Ayr opening a new state of the art padel club,

Did everything in my workshop on my CNC and power tools, cabinets, desk, peg board and logo display.

The client was very happy with the outcome,

Using all the workshop machines combined to make a babies climbing wall for Niamh,

CNC routered plywood, 3D printed Nylon holds filled with hard resin, laser engraved animal icons.

She's a bit wee for it just now but she will grow into it,

And yes I can sell these if you are interested!

Customers have been asking for bike holders that can be personalised with a logo, branding a quote, a message to a loved one or your best race times for an Iron Man,

I really did not want to change the design of the bike holder, its an outstanding design that has stood the test of time, over 4000 sold and not a single complaint about its strength or aesthetic,

I sat down for a few hours and came up with this, an easy to attach click and lock add on that can be laser engraved with any customer specific design,

If you already have a bike holder and want to add a personalisation to it you can just buy the plate alone and click it in place.

Thought I would share this post,
For a limited time I am selling some bike holders much cheaper becuase the plywood has patches on it, I always have waste from plywood palets due to some sheets having patches to cover knotts and natural marks in the wood, usually I hide these on the back plate so the customer doesnt see them when they are on the wall, but it isnt always possible and rather than waste them I have kept a stock of patchy holders and am now selling them at around a 40% discount.

They are the same quality and still look amazing,
