Got a Defender/Discovery sport MHEV with starting issues ?

This discovery sport limped to us with starting issues, A quick diagnistic scan came back with a DC-DC converter fault, this is a known problem with Land Rover mild hybrids.

We are now fully qualified for hybrid and EV maintenance and repairs, so a new DC-DC was supplied, fitted and programmed using genuine JLR diagnostics software.

Dear Customer

You may have already read that JLR has been impacted by a cyber incident.

There is currently no vehicle production and no deliveries for Genuine Parts, there is also currently no access to EPC.

We understand this is a Global issue and although JLR are in the process of restarting applications, there is no information as to when the situation will be resolved.

We do not expect a delivery of genuine parts this week and there is currently no announcement as to when genuine parts supply will re commence and even then, there will be a back log.

We hold good stock on many genuine parts, and we have stock here of many OE and aftermarket ranges.

We will update you as and when JLR issue more information.
