🚜John Deere 6 R 250🚜
The front brake piston seals were leaking, which was overfilling the front hubs. This caused the half shaft seals to leak.
Stripped hubs down, cleaned all surfaces, rebuilt hubs back together with new half shaft seals, and brake piston seals.
Bled the brake system, filled the front hubs with oil, road tested and checked for leaks and hub oil levels. Job sorted✅

🚜Case Maxxum 5140🚜

Tractor came in with a forward clutch fault, which was subsequently diagnosed as an internal transmission failure.

The gearbox was dismantled, revealing severe damage to the clutch plates, piston, and clutch basket. Metal debris circulating within the transmission had also caused damage to the oil lubrication pump and the hydraulic charge pump.

All affected components were replaced with new parts, and the assembly was completed in accordance with the manufacturer’s specified tolerances.

Something different to a tractor!-
🚜Slurry tanker repair🚜
The pump was damaged, so it been stripped down to find the vanes were worn.
I fitted new-
✅vanes
✅front covers
✅bearings
✅seals
✅guard
✅PTO shaft fitted.
The customer also reported a leak. I found the leak, cleaned the back of the tanker out and welded a patch while on site.

🚜When servicing this John Deere 7530, I found the front PTO coupling very perished and damaged.
With the customer using a front mower, I fitted it with a new coupling, but had to remove the hole drive shaft as someone had welded the bolts in.✅🚜

Case farmall with 2 faults-
1️⃣Heater valve stuck on cold, I found the electric valve faulty due to the plastic gears stripped that turn the valve. Drained the coolant system, then a new valve was fitted and tested.
2️⃣Heater fan motors only working on speed 4 and only one side working. I removed the seat, and found both resistors and motors were faulty. 2 new motors were fitted, all back working again. 🚜

2 Avants needed some welding-

1️⃣The crowd ram bracket sheared- New brackets were made and welded on.

1️⃣The headstock split in half- The headstock was straightened and reinforced to help prevent it happening again.

John Deere 6930 with a few faults🚨

The air con was working intermittently, which I diagnosed to be both fan motors faulty.
New motors fitted, and whilst looking under the seat, I found a slight coolant leak coming from the heater valve, caused by the jubilee clips being loose.
The exhaust manifold gaskets were leaking, so it was stripped down, I removed the broken bolts and cleaned the surfaces. Then new bolts and gaskets were fitted🚜

Call out to a Bomag roller for a non start fan belt, found to have snapped.
A new belt was fitted, and carried out a quick check over the roller. I found the fuel filter was nearly blocked, so i drained and cleaned the muck out the tank and fitted new filters✅

2003 GMC 2500 Sierra 6.6 litre v8 with a fault of gaining engine oil.
I inspected it, and found the injector seals and washers were blown. It had the injectors tested, all 8 failed.
8 new injectors fitted, all new seals, as well as engine service and gearbox service carried out.🛻

🚜I had a call out to a JCB digger that was leaking oil🚜

I found the load sensing pipe to the hydraulic pump had rubbed through under the cab. I removed the broken pipe, and a fit new pipe with spiral wrap. This is to help prevent it rubbing through again. I ran the machine, it all worked correctly with no leaks.

On site repair to this Kubota 3 tonne digger. Digger would run but wouldn’t operate properly.
I found a bad repair made previously on safety switch wiring, repaired back up and running again. 🚜
