***10% Off All Replacement Boilers in February***

As some of you may be aware, Ofgem today (3/2/22) announced a huge increase in the Energy Price Cap to anyone on a standard / default tariff from April 2022. Energy Bills on average will rise by around £693 per year in 22 million homes as of April 1st 2022.

What can you do about it??
You could potentially change your tariff to a Fixed Rate to avoid this but due to the current market situation and the prior knowledge of what's coming - chances are you're not going to save significantly with any supplier by switching.

I picked up a call from one of my customers over the weekend who is obviously already preparing for summer 🔆🔆🔆 ……….not something that many people seem to have in their homes but definitely something you couldn’t live without once you’ve got one 😊👌

Installed with an internal isolation valve and double check valve in the tap itself to eliminate risk of freezing, no more kettles full of water to fill the kids paddling pool or cold hands washing the car…………this example is going to be used to wash the dogs outside in the winter months 👍

Here is the perfect example of why everyone should have their boiler serviced every year, this 16 year old Vaillant EcoMax is a little over the average lifespan of a modern boiler, but would’ve been perfectly useable had these issues been picked up earlier…………it’s service life has been significantly reduced by a Burner Seal leaking excessive temperature / fumes into the boiler case and a cold mains water leak from a fibre washer that has now corroded through the case.

Servicing & System Water Conditioning are the keys to maintaining a healthy boiler / system long after the average 15 year life span and cost less than 3% of the average cost to replace the appliance per year.
