As a family-run business, we truly value our people and believe it’s important to take the time to show our appreciation for all their hard work.

From the home garage where the business began 48 years ago to 14 branches today, we’re proud to have grown while keeping our family ethos at the heart of everything we do.

Earlier this year, we were delighted to host our second annual Long Service Award Lunch for team members celebrating 10 or more years of service.

It was a fantastic afternoon filled with great conversations, delicious food, personalised gifts, and a heartfelt thank you from our Managing Director.

Reaching this milestone is a wonderful achievement and a reflection of both our colleagues' dedication and our commitment to supporting their growth and success.

We’re proud to announce our charitable arm, the Minorfern Foundation, donated a total of £80,000 to local charities over the last two years.

This year, 10 non-profits chosen by our employees received grants of £3,800 each, alongside a £2,000 contribution to the Matthew Good Foundation.

What a great evening!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our York Trade Night. With sunshine, fresh pizza, plenty of giveaways and some fantastic conversations throughout the evening, it was brilliant to see so many customers, suppliers and colleagues come together.

We'd also like to extend a special thank you to our supplier partners Schaeffler, TMA, DRiV (Jurid & MOOG Parts), BGA and Duckhams for their support and for helping make the evening both insightful and engaging.

Most importantly, thank you to all our customers who attended. It was great to connect, strengthen relationships and spend time together in such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

The event gave everyone the opportunity to catch up, explore the latest product developments, enjoy live demonstrations from our supplier partners and share ideas with others across the industry. We're delighted that so many of you could make it.

We’re proud to support the family of our dear colleague, Malcom Shaw, who sadly passed away on 22nd January after a brave fight with cancer 💔

His family are taking part in the Sparkle Walk in his memory, on what would have been his birthday ❤️

The incredible care from Ashgate Hospice made his final days at home possible, and this is their way of giving something back.
