If you’ve been searching for negative reviews about Ivo and aren't finding many, be aware: Google frequently places temporary posting restrictions on business profiles that receive a sudden influx of low-star ratings or complaints.

When a listing is locked down by these automated restrictions, genuine customer warnings and bad reviews are blocked from going public. Don't take a lack of bad feedback as a sign of good work the system may simply be preventing victims from posting their experiences. Do your research thoroughly before handing over any money. @

Whether you stumbled onto this page because you had a nagging gut feeling or because you are doing your due diligence before signing a contract, please take heed.

This space exists to document my own personal ordeal with the extensive, substandard work left at my property. But as the latest reviews show, it is part of a much wider, incredibly stressful pattern.

Another homeowner has just come forward today after being left thousands of pounds out of pocket for an uncompleted project, with communication completely cut off.

It is deeply frustrating to see more people falling into the exact same trap. If you are currently considering them for a project, protect yourself, check the independent reviews, and look very closely at the track record before handing over any money.

Don't assume it won't happen to you. Unwary clients are next.

The Illusion vs. The Reality: Stolen Portfolio Photos Exposed

When choosing a contractor, you rely on their published portfolio to judge their capability. It has now been confirmed that the project illustrations used by this business to market their services do not even belong to them.

The marketing images displayed on their page were actually stolen from North Star Building Solutions, a completely separate and legitimate building company. After contacting North Star directly, they confirmed they have absolutely no affiliation with this outfit and are now investigating the fraudulent use of their intellectual property.

Using another company's professional work to solicit business is a direct violation of UK trading standards and completely misleads prospective clients. The full, uncensored paper trail of Building Control failures, surveyor logs, and direct text correspondences remains fully documented in the albums below for public verification.

A complete lack of professionalism and basic respect for both our home and our neighbours. This album documents the daily state the site was left in, the hazardous mess abandoned across the property, and the unnecessary damage caused to a neighbouring garden that resulted in formal complaints from our neighbours.
