Just a quick post regarding call-out charges for CCTV support and maintenance.
All new CCTV installations carried out by Nighthawk CCTV Limited come with a 12-month warranty covering faults with the equipment and installation itself.
However, some issues we are contacted about are not equipment faults, for example:
• New phones/tablets needing reconnecting
• Forgotten app passwords
• WiFi or broadband changes
• User settings accidentally changed
• General app support and reconfiguration
As a small business, travelling out and providing on-site support takes time and cost, which is why a call-out fee may apply for non-warranty visits. Our call-out charges typically start from £50 depending on location and the work required.
We always try to help remotely first where possible to save customers money, and we appreciate everyone’s understanding and continued support.
