Rising damp! 真係好煩，但可以用damp proof injection 去維修。
今日去幫我個客去睇睇佢間屋，呢間屋我早前幫佢檢驗，發覺有Rising Damp，建議佢搵師傅維修。
而今日個師傅就進行緊維修工程，方法亦跟產品指示去進行。目測外牆嘅濕氣已經大大降低，而室內嘅工程亦進行中，不過因為未完成，所以等下星期完成後我會再到現場用Damp meter 去check吓個成效，俾大家作一個參考。

事隔幾個月，今次再去呢區驗樓，就順便過嚟睇吓啲日本虎仗被清走。 早前我向Council 投訴有日本虎仗，但佢地係電話回覆話因為呢啲虎仗係私人物業範圍，所以佢哋做唔到任何嘢😅。今日嚟到，發現有部份虎仗係被人為所斬除，但冇斬草除根😂。擺到明係求其清減少少就算數。其實咁樣係冇意思。天氣越嚟越凍，要清楚確認日本虎仗會越嚟越困難。HKer Building Surveying #日本虎仗 #驗樓
