Inspect the substrate — Check for cracks, loose material, moisture, or contamination. Repair defects and ensure the surface is dry and stable.
Clean thoroughly — Remove dust, moss, oils, and debris. Power‑wash if needed and allow to dry fully.
Check weather conditions — Ensure no rain is forecast during application and curing. Follow LRS temperature guidelines for minimum/maximum application temps.
Gather tools — Mixers, rollers, brushes, scissors/knife for fleece, buckets, PPE, temperature gun.
Measure the catalyst accurately according to the LRS product data sheet.
Apply primer evenly using a roller or brush, ensuring full coverage.
Pre‑cut fleece sections to fit details, edges, and field areas.
Embed the fleece into the wet resin, smoothing out wrinkles and ensuring full saturation.
Apply the first full coat over the fleece once the embed layer is ready.
Allow full curing before applying the second coat.
Ensure the first coat is fully cured and clean if needed.
Apply the second coat evenly to achieve the required final thickness.
Pay attention to details such as upstands, external /internal corners, and terminations.
Allow full cure before foot traffic or weather exposure.
