Professional UK photographer wo0 found her passion for the lens in 2006 and hasn't looked back since. Learning from experience rather than books, she has developed a unique style that oozes creativity and utilises to expert effect her models, surroundings and equipment knowledge. Starting her career as a live photographer on the London club circuit, wo0 has shot some of the biggest names in music as well as honing an excellent knack for capturing those priceless in-the-moment crowd shots. Outside of the confines of a dark venue she is further acclaimed as a festival photographer, having been a fixture at Creamfields for the past five years as well as being hired for the likes of The Big Chill, Boom Town and many more. On top of wo0's live work, she also has a share in Infinite Focus Studios where her renowned creativity can really be seen. With an open minded attitude, her ability to grow an idea into a reality has earned her a fantastic reputation and produced a string of stunning results. As well as the above, wo0 also has background in weddings where she can produce beautiful traditional images or more off-the-wall, fun shoots depending on your needs. Adding yet another string to her bow, recent experience has seen her turn her hand to product shots which have been received with high praise. In her spare time wo0 has a passion for street photography and can be found capturing city landscapes and seeking out the most interesting buildings with almost palpable atmosphere. Having extensive experience in the live arena, studio set-ups and professional commissions, wo0 has proven herself to posses a strong eye and conducts shoots with the necessary level of professionalism that has resulted in published work and repeat bookings throughout her career.

SCREAM! Omg it’s actually happening!!

I’ve been wanting this for so many years and I actually didn’t think it would ever be possible.

*excited little girl.gif*

I’m only bloody getting my bloody own bloody STUDIO!!!

It’s in an old converted factory in East London and it has a brick wall and a floor and walls and a roof and big metal bars.

I’m* going to build an office in there that MOVES and have a shooting area and a storage area and a getting ready area and a make up mirror and a sofa and art.

And there’s FREE PARKING and it only takes me 40 mins to get there and I’ll have a base.

And people will travel from all over to come and have me do their photos there and I’ll teach people photography the way I wasn’t taught and do posing lessons.

And Im going to have many coloured backdrops, and walls that move so you can set up rooms and record podcasts and people will be able to hire it for events or exhibitions or to, well, take photos!

And I’m going to have an opening party and you’re all** invited!

This won’t replace what I’m currently doing…it will scale it!

I’m also going to be doing lots of BETA type trial shoots to figure out and plan the best way to work and what offers I’ll have.

Someone asks you for a headshot and bio for an event you’re speaking at.

You open the folder.

And there she is.

The photo from four years ago.

Different hair and an awkward pose.

It’s defo not you now.

You send it anyway, because what else are you going to do?

Here’s the thing nobody says out loud...that photo walks into the room before you do.

It’s on the event page, the pamphlet, the lanyard, the slide behind you as you’re introduced.

All of it!

People have already decided who you are before you’ve said a word.

A photo is never just a photo.

It’s the next booking. It’s the promotion. It’s whether you look like the expert or not.

When did you last have a photo taken that actually looks like who you are now?

I heard yesterday that I’ve won the ‘Inspirational Woman Award in Personal Branding & Visual Identity Innovation 2026-2027’

How bloody lovely is that?

I have a ‘refreshingly different way of helping women in business show up confidently, without feeling they need to fit into someone else’s idea of what a professional should look like’

Apparently what helped me win was my ‘emphasis on personality rather than simply producing polished photographs’

And how I ‘encourage women to embrace what makes them different and use that individuality to build a stronger presence in business.’

Thank you very much Innervision Global, I truly appreciate this recognition. I really needed this after a sh*tty week.

Saturday was Mental Health Awareness Day and I was having my own spiral.

(Trigger warning abuse and unaliving)

I’ve suffered with depression ad anxiety since my teens but I didn’t tell anyone or admit there was anything wrong.

I was first put on Prozac when I had my daughter in 2000 because of ‘post natal depression’

It wasn’t post natal. It was just me magnified and being abused by her Dad.

Having her saved my life. I would have taken it if she wasn’t here.

There are so many things in my head that I still can’t talk about or tell anyone.

It’s dark in here at times.

Menopause screwed it all up at 39.

ADHD diagnosis at 45 and medication at 46 has really helped.

My daughter not talking to me for 18 months has kicked it right back to the front.

Especially the thinking of she’s not here now so why am I.

Blimey this turned out to be more honest than I expected.

Please don’t worry, I do not want to be unalive. I don’t ideate it. I won’t try.

It’s just a wondering.

I do push this down a lot.

I throw myself into my work and then I worry people don’t like me when sales don’t come in.

And when they do I worry that people hate my work even when they’ve said they love it.

But I’ve been working on my for years now, and taking 300mg Venlafaxine every day.

I’m a billion times more secure and stable than I was.

I know I’m wonderful and hilarious and beautiful and talented and an amazing friend and a good person.

I have the most wonderful, supportive boyfriend who treats me like a queen (no matter what other people might think).

But sometimes darkness ensues

And it could be the tiniest thing that knocks me

So be aware...every day...that people are out there struggling

So be bloody kind

And if anyone is going through this and struggling, my DM’s are always open. I’m a really good listener and I judge no one ###

Someone at my group shoot paid for an extra 15 photos on top of the 10 that came with it.

That someone was terrified of the camera before we started.

That someone also hated how they looked in photos.

During the shoot they were so relaxed and having so much fun, you’d think they were a pro.
