🚛 Emergency Truck Repair – Fast & Reliable Solution!

We were urgently contacted by a client whose truck had entered emergency mode and couldn’t complete its route. Our team responded immediately and diagnosed the issue: a faulty AdBlue injector.

At that moment, there were two possible solutions:
✔️ Replace the injector with a new one
✔️ Temporarily disable the AdBlue system so the truck could finish its route and return later for repair

Unfortunately, no AdBlue injector was available anywhere. So we acted fast and temporarily disabled the system to get the truck moving again.

👉 Just as we finished, our colleague called to say he had found an injector and was on the way to us!

We recently had the opportunity to restore a Mercedes-Benz equipped with a Delphi CRD3P.D1 ECU, which came to us after a poorly executed DPF and AdBlue removal by another provider.

The customer had initially been attracted by a low price, without considering the quality behind the service. Unfortunately, this led to a range of serious problems. The vehicle arrived with rough engine operation, excessive smoke, and a strong unpleasant odor that could even be noticed inside the cabin.

In addition to these issues, the customer also reported significant loss of power and poor gearbox behavior, which made the car uncomfortable and unreliable to drive. Despite claims that the AdBlue system had been removed, the ECU still contained active faults related to it — clear evidence of incomplete and incorrect programming.

Our approach

We began with a full software update of the engine control unit to establish a clean and stable foundation. Following this, we performed precise ECU programming using the bench method, applying a professionally developed and thoroughly tested software solution tailored specifically for this vehicle.

It’s important to note that the power loss and irregular gearbox performance were directly caused by the incorrect ECU programming, which we fully corrected during this process.
