Unstoppable Women in Sport

Rugby was Amy’s world - until one moment changed everything.

A spinal injury at 27 brought unexpected continence challenges and a lot of unanswered questions. Life suddenly looked unfamiliar and uncertain.
What followed wasn’t easy, but it was powerful. With the right support and sheer determination, Amy rebuild a life that’s different, yet no less full.

Through wheelchair rugby league and para ice hockey, she found her people again - and rediscovered confidence through community and choice.
