It’s been quiet on here for Take off Bill for the past while but not to worry, we have been working on all types of project for all types of clients producing mainly Bills of Quantities for larger projects.

We are also involved in the NEC form of contract space and have been drafting and reviewing contracts for clients.

Remember a BoQ can be used on any size project, it’s the choice of the project owner whether to use one or not. Using one is an investment in value, not using one will save you the cost of getting a BoQ produced but over the course of the project, this cost will most likely be lost many times over.

To use a simple analogy, investing in a filling saves you the pain of a tooth ache and your tooth. Not investing in a filling saves you the price of a dentist but you go through pain and eventually lose your tooth 🦷.

Happy Christmas to all our followers and clients.
We have been quiet on Facebook for a while now!!
We have had a very busy year producing Bills of Quantities, Cost Estimates and many other services. Amongst the self build community our most popular service by far has been producing Cost Estimates.
