Another reconstructed AF105 starting 2nd life in West London. Since 2020 this machine was part of our rental program and gave outstanding service in a care home in Hyde Manchester

Unfortunately this home closed in June 2026 and we collected our equipment. This was a sad moment as the staff at the home where on their last day 😞

The machine was taken to our offices in Chester and received a complete overhaul

In West London another customer had a 2018 AF105 that after 105k cycles had bearing failure

They traded this machine in which we will use for spares and welcomed the reconstructed AF105 into their laundry

Another machine rescued from obscurity and given a new life

Reusable resources and sustainable equipment are the cornerstones of our future

Can you afford to ignore the alternative path ?

If not join us on our journey

This weeks installations across the country with two reconstructed dryers in Dunoon a Lavamac LS530 that was a finance recovery for North Wales and living a life in a Laundry in a commercial laundry and an Lavamac LDR490 from a failed business in Bournemouth to Dunoon again

Then the installation of clients own 100kg MKN washer in East London

Bournemouth to Scotland via North Wales we only need a unit from Northern Ireland to complete the 4 home nations

There is always and alternative to buying new as since Alliance Introduced the AF range of washers an LDR and LS dryers obsolescence is thing of the past ?

Another busy week of installations this time in the beautiful town of Dunoon. This business owns and operates multiple hotels locally and approximately purchased a laundry to accommodate the laundry from these as well as local businesses

Stage one was installation of an late model AF180 that began its life in a North Wales OPL that sadly failed in 2026

This machine with a T24 dryer where almost new and didn’t require reconditioning having only been used for a very short period

Stage 2 was an 2021 Girbau PB5312 return feed 3.2m roller iron

This too only required cleaning and re belting as it was in first class condition

Stage 3 is to be a reconstructed LDR490 a 2nd AF180 and a second PB5312 these are currently undergoing reconstruction

Another example of the benefits of reusing and reconstructing equipment makes expansion feasible

The capital expenditure was approximately 50% of new and enables this client to re expand without pressing it’s financial capacity

Since the world changing events during lockdown pandemic and the problems that this caused with manufacturing equipment we embarked on reconstruction project

From initially changing bearings and seals the process has evolved into a complete nut and bolt strip down where we obtain 80% reuse of components and replace 10% and reconstruct or remanufacture 10% we are extremely proud that or reconstructed equipment looks , works and is reliable as new equipment at approximately 50% of the cost of new !

Almost a side affect of this process was the journey to sustainability!

We are one of very few companies to have obtained a bronze sustainability certification

Recently we have also reviewed our logistic process and whilst we have hybrid and electric vehicles these are generally being replaced with used vehicles as we feel that it must be more sustainable to use and existing vehicle rather than procure brand new ?

Reconstructed equipment currently accounts for 75-80% of supply

This market offers
Sustainably Cost Savings Reliability

Which one of these do you not want from your business

If the answer is all we can support you

Another early morning installation at a site in North Wales. This machine was reconstructed approximately 6 month,s ago but unfortunately was removed as the customers business collapsed.

It was recovered clean and tested within 1 week and reinstalled at a grateful customer.

This machine is well travelled 2021 to date at a Care Home in Kent , 6 months in Bournemouth and now in North Wales !
