A testament to the quality of our award wining reconstruction program these two AF180 are operating faultlessly after 35000 cycles each and 4 years reuse

During this period we have carried out annual preventative maintenance and attend both machine 3 times since installation

If this isn’t a testament to the financial and sustainability aspects for purchasing reconstructed equipment as opposed to new I don’t know what is ?

At this project our customer wanted a new laundry created a area used and a coat room and collection of small storage and office areas at the rear of the kitchen

The current laundry was located in an external building which was old coach house and was remote building on a large plot of land and required difficult transit across broken ground and relied on LPG Gas

Having surveyed the building Lavamac undertook a full turnkey project demolishing walls , Creating a open space with a clean and dirty flow and also all Gas , Water, Drainage, Ventilation , Redecorating and flooring before delivering red constructed equipment which made the budget achievable for our client

I our opinion modern machines are 80% reusable as the majority of the machine such as all the super structure should never wear out? Our Unique reconstruction process proves this as we generally replace 10% of the equipment with new components and 10% re manufactured items using modern 3D technology. Fine tuned over 1000s of rebuild we deliver equipment the looks , works and operates like new at approximately 50% of the cost

Backed up a warranty as new each reconstructed machine saves untold amounts of world resources and untold money

It was nice to see a example of our reconstructed equipment at this care home working perfectly after 5 year use ! I shinning example that expertly reconstructed equipment is as good as new at half the price!

We were on-site surveying to replace their 2 x Gas heated LDR350 dryers with 2 x LS350HP air sourced heat pump units . All from our award winning reconstructed equipment program

The home has recently had a Solar power system in installed and the Heat Pump Dryers will work entirely upon solar power

Saving cost and the environment can you afford to ignore either
