This customer was recommended to us by another customer of ours as they were extremely desperate there Citroen bilingo van was stuck there electric hand brake was stuck closed although they have warranty there warranty company sent a number of professional mechanics to sort this issues out and every one of them failed for what ever reason?🤦 We diagnosed there auto hand brake wouldn't turn of in reverse on the drivers rear so worn the motor out seizing the caliper solid! we diagnosed there battery was completely dead and caliper was seized solid. Very common and easy fix yes but... all avoidable with a good service which this customer recently had with brakes replaced all round a month before goes to show garages although they charge you an arm and a leg for a service they clearly don't do the basics to Alpha Autos standards with alpha autos all our service packages we actually......

This customer had a slight rubbing sound from the front and there local garage couldn't diagnose correctly and offered the guessing option luckily they contacted us at Alpha Autos 💪 we diagnosed the retaining fitting was damaged causing slight movement to the disk causing the pads to ware unevenly we diagnosed supplied and fixed the issues for the price they paid for there initial diagnostic fee 🤦

This customer had a dpf performance issue and there local garage misdiagnosed claiming they needed a new dpf 🤦 they contacted Alpha Autos for a second opinion and we diagnosed there front Flexi pipe was in fact split apart causing loss of pressure affecting the dpf 🤦👍

This customer contacted us for a diagnostic as they had idling issues and engine management light and anti pollution faults we diagnosed there oil control valve had failed the customer seemed for a second opinion from there local garage and chose to go with Alpha Autos as we diagnosed supplied and fitted the new part with an oil change and flush for less then they were quoted just for the part! We only use manufacturer recommended parts all parts are covered by a 12months warranty we physically won't be beaten on price or quality 👍
