This customer contact us at Alpha Autos after receiving there newly purchased family car from a used car dealership in Burton to quickly find out there were a few hidden issues we diagnosed the pcv valve had failed along with being told the vehicle has recently been serviced as you can see that wasn't the case and the dealership has ignored all communication 🤬
New rocker cover with pcv valve replacement and oil change with a flush along with a full vehicle inspection all for half the price they would off been quoted at there local garage

This customer was experiencing a large oil leak and contacted an other mobile mechanic who claimed to replace a seal ? Didn't even clean up the oil leak took there hard earned money and then ghosted them when the customer tried to contact them again 🤬

The customer then contacted Alpha Autos via WhatsApp 07931160240 👍😎 we turned up diagnosed the seal on the sump had failed. we stripped, cleaned and fully flushed the engine and replaced oil filter with premium oil and oil after treatment for less then the average price for a diagnostic 🤦

This customer had a mobile mechanic come out to do a dpf regen who claimed they couldn't do a regen and was unable to diagnose why but still charged for the service??? Fortunately this customer contacted us 💪 even with the right software to regen this car it needs to be driven at the time of a forced regen the issue was the car wouldn't regen due to an add blue fault as you can see the actual injector was badly blocked by carbon and add blue crystallizing we at Alpha Autos we don't second guess we diagnose correctly 1st time we are fully mobile fully insured and fully qualified we only charge for the work we do 👉 ( no fix no fee) 👈
