A project for a new customer supplying troughing roller sets and return rollers.

Supplied in conjunction with one of our primary partners, Rulmeca UK, these sets consist of impact rollers and carrying idlers mounted in galvanized transom frames, alongside return rollers and mounting brackets.

All delivered to site ready for installation on a new troughing conveyor.

It’s not every day you see a 70-year-old piece of engineering still in service!

Our experienced repairs team have been working hard over the last couple of days to fully refurbish this Thorite drum motor, which is thought to be one of the earliest drum motors manufactured in the UK.

Rewind stator, new bearings throughout, seals and new fill of oil will give this drum motor a new lease of life 😀

Completed repair of an ATEX geared motor assembly, ready for final packing and shipping.

It's had a complete motor overhaul and a brand new gearbox assembly.

Stripped, inspected & repaired by ATEX certified Engineers.

Just spotted a couple of pallets of Iron-Tecno gearboxes being packed, so snapped a quick picture to share with you.

The Iron-Tecno gearboxes are intended for heavy duty applications. The robust one-piece casting of the main housing & the modular design of the input & output sets increase application flexibility.

The gearboxes pictured below are off to a regular customer in a recycling plant ♻
