Fortis Aluminium Ltd is excited to announce the completion of the manufacturing phase for a set of five bespoke colonial-style aluminium doors, soon to be installed at a charming residence in Wales. This project not only highlights our capabilities in bespoke door production but also sets the stage for a transformative enhancement to the property.

The doors, consisting of two sets of double doors and three single doors, have been fashioned with bespoke features tailored for both performance and style.
Advanced features: Each door frame has been anodised, a process that enhances the aluminium's natural resilience and provides a durable finish capable of withstanding the diverse Welsh weather. To further ensure longevity and aesthetic integrity, the door plates have been treated with a high-performance ceramic coating. This coating is crucial for its protective qualities, safeguarding against environmental elements. Additionally, the hardware fitted on these doors is of coastal specification, designed to resist the corrosive effects of salty air, making them ideal for the coastal environments or areas with similar conditions. This attention to detail ensures that every component contributes to the overall durability and functionality of the installation.
Specialised features for specific needs: One of the door sets, designed for the basement wine cellar, includes a vented panel to ensure proper air circulation, critical for maintaining the optimal climate for wine storage. The front door is uniquely equipped with bespoke "Oriel Canterbury Opal" glass, triple-glazed to enhance security, insulation, and privacy while allowing natural light to enter the home. Security and Insulation - prioritising comfort and safety: Each door includes a seven-point locking system as standard with keyed alike 3* high security cylinders, offering superior protection and peace of mind for the homeowners. The inclusion of triple glazing not only enhances security but also significantly improves the thermal and acoustic insulation properties of the doors.
