This past weekend, a group from Adept enjoyed a well-earned break in Edinburgh, combining cultural experiences with team bonding.

🍸 The trip began with a guided whisky and gin tasting at Holyrood Distillery, offering insights into Scotland’s renowned distilling heritage.
🏰 We then toured the historic Edinburgh Castle, followed by an afternoon at the Camera Obscura & World of Illusions, where science and creativity came together in a truly immersive experience.
🎲 The day concluded at a vibrant social games bar, where colleagues connected over friendly competition and shared laughter.

Project Spotlight: Manor Park Care Home, Malton

Adept Consulting Engineers proudly supported the development of this 80-bed care home on a brownfield site in Old Malton. The design blends traditional architecture with modern sustainability, set to achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ through underfloor heating, air source heat pumps, and smart drainage solutions.

Our team tackled complex ground conditions with hybrid foundations and collaborated closely on boundary treatments and service layouts to ensure long-term resilience.
