That's really the story behind the new Orchid Medicare 3-in-1 Bathing Solution.

Every feature came from real conversations with the carers, clinicians and families who use our equipment every day. The adjustable knee and hip support. The extra padding. The one-base-fits-all design. The head rest redesign. The Velcro covers.

None of them were designed in a boardroom. All of them came from the people on the front line of care.

Every mesh on every cradle, trolley and bathing solution we build is made in-house, by our own seamstress, right here in our Hull workshop.

Every panel measured. Every edge finished. Every mesh cut and sewn to fit the exact frame it's built for.

It's the reason our meshes sit right, drain properly and last as long as the frame they're fitted to. It's also the reason replacements can be turned around quickly, because we make them ourselves.

The mesh on every Orchid Medicare cradle, trolley and bathing solution is made in-house, right here at our Hull manufacturing facility.

Every panel is measured, every edge carefully finished, and every mesh cut and sewn to fit the frame it was designed for.

That attention to detail means the mesh sits correctly, supports the user where it should and allows water to drain effectively.

And because we manufacture our meshes in house, replacement covers can be produced quickly when required — without relying on an external supplier.
