Sadly, we share the passing of Colin, Tracy and Craig’s dad and Emma’s Granda. Colin was our much-loved former driver and was a valued part of the I.T.C. family. He passed away peacefully at ARI on 17/12/25, aged 78, surrounded by his family.

Up until around a year and a half ago, Colin was still actively working with us, doing what he loved. Many of you will remember his familiar, friendly face from collections and deliveries over the years, always happy to stop for a chat and happy to make his amazing sausage rolls for all of the I.T.C. staff.

Over the last year his health unfortunately declined and his mobility became limited. Colin found it hard not being able-bodied, as he took great pride in staying active. He truly loved his role at I.T.C., as well as his voluntary role with Meldrum Amenities Improvement Group, both of which meant a great deal to him.

On behalf of the family, including the wider family, Tracy, co-founder, Craig, Senior Hydraulic Technician and Emma, Director would like to sincerely thank everyone for the kind messages, love, and support during this difficult time. Your words and kindness have brought great comfort and are deeply appreciated.

Service to be held at Meldrum Parish Church on 30/12/25 at 12.30pm thereafter to Meldrum Churchyard. All are welcome. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if so desired, at chapel door in aid of The British Heart Foundation.

We are proud to announce the launch of a new range of overboard chutes, further strengthening our expanding rental portfolio. Designed for operational safety and flexibility, these chutes can be welded directly to the side or deck of a vessel or suspended using a dedicated sling set. They offer a secure, efficient solution for the over boarding of cables, hoses, and umbilical's, protecting critical equipment during offshore operations.

We're also excited to introduce our new umbilical covers after extensive R&D. These covers can be bespoke manufactured to suit any umbilical configuration and are specifically developed to improve the durability and performance of our rental umbilical's.

These covers are engineered to:

✅ Increase resistance to mechanical abrasion

☀️ Provide UV protection in harsh marine environments

💧 Feature a perforated design to allow water drainage, reducing weight and enhancing safety

With these additions, ITC continues to invest in high-quality, dependable solutions that support the demanding needs of the offshore and subsea industries.
