What a transformation for this MX5! Originally a base spec interior with cloth seats and plastic doors cards this lucky Mazda has been upgraded here at MX Hive to a beautiful pair of black and red heated leather with matching leather insert door cards.

The owner of this MX5 finished off their new look by providing matching black and red leather gear and hand brake gaiters.

After ten years of specialising in Mazda MX5's it isn't too often that we come across something that surprises us but today was one of those rare days.

A clutch swap with a twist; the friction disc had completely shredded leaving just the rivets to score the flywheel and pressure plate. That birds nest in the photographs? That's all that is left of the friction material after being torn from the disc and depositing itself in every corner of the bell housing.

Fortunately thanks to a good quality flywheel taken off the shelf and a 3 piece clutch kit supplied by our good friends at Motostop Belper Group the car was up and running again a few hours later.

Another pair of cheap leather up for grabs! This time they're for the Mk3.5 (NC2 - 2009-2015). These seats can completely transform your interior and they are the perfect upgrade from torn cloth.

Free fitting is included in the price plus disposal of your old seats if required. These seats do not have airbags and they are not heated. The drivers bolster has worn thin through use, hence the bargain price.

A Direnza cold air induction kit and Japspeed backbox were installed to this 2014 MX5 to give it those all important sporty notes. Another happy customer and a happy sounding Mazda!

We have some cheap MK3 leather in stock which is the perfect upgrade to your 1.8 with cloth seats. The bolsters on these seats are still in great condition!

These seats do not have the side impact SRS Airbags and the leather is not heated.

Collection only from DE7 6AZ but we're happy to throw in free fitting.

Used, but in good condition, is this genuine used Mazda MX5 Mk3 (All - 2005-2015) black mohair hood with fitting service.

Choice of two hoods on the shelf and ready to install taken from the later Mk3.5 (2009-2015) Mazda MX5.

Fitting service takes around two hours and is performed while you wait. Hood drains will be cleared once the original hood has been removed. Our workshop is located in Derby - DE7 6AZ.

Photographs shown are stock images. All hoods are used, Genuine Mazda items in black mohair with heated glass rear screen.

Just in we have this beautiful facelift (Mk3.5) Mazda MX5 in stunning Metropolitan Grey with the 1.8 litre 126bhp engine and five speed manual gearbox. The car has just been serviced and MOT'd with a clean sheet so it's ready for you to jump in and enjoy the summer sun!

This car features:

- MOT until 08/08/2024 with a clean sheet
- Serviced 08/08/2023
- Partial service history from Mazda
- Low mileage for the year, just over 54k (4k per year average)
- Mohair hood with heated rear screen
- Chrome roll hoop covers and matching wing mirrors surrounds
- Wind deflector
- 16" wheels with matching axle tyres (Uniroyal front, Dunlop rear).

This car is a insurance category S vehicle. The damage to the car - was incredibly minor and in our opinion should have been a category N. The rear bumper, offside light and boot lid have been replaced and the rear end painted. Photographs of the vehicle before repair are available upon request. The price of the vehicle has been reduced by 33% to compensate for the insurance category.
