Vehiclo means quality

Our quality control department is probably one of the most stringent ones in the industry. Since 2019 we hold an ISO 9001 certificate. All turbochargers go through two separate control and quality check procedures. We produce turbochargers for individual garages and mechanics as well as OEMs.

All turbochargers, injectors or high pressure pumps are sold on EXCHANGE BASIS only. It means we need to get your old/broken unit.
IN ADDITION TO THE PURCHASE PRICE WE CHARGE A CAUTION.
The deposit will be returned within 7 business days, upon receiving your used part.
The free shipping label is included in the parcel with the new item.
You can also send us your used item in advance thus avoiding the deposit.

We are offering remanufactured parts - for that reason we expect to receive an old part from You.

We offer professional cleaning of DPF/FAP particulate filter.

Our warehouse is equipped with a DPF / FAP filter cleaning machine for cars and light commercial vehicles.

We carry out the DPF/FAP filter cleaning service on site in Hinckley. If a DPF is sent in, the cleaning service is done within 24 hours - then we ship the filter back to You.

The DPF is subjected to a cleaning process - it removes all PM10 particles, oil and cerium deposits. Our method guarantees the restoration of the filter's efficiency to 98% without any interference with the filter's structure.

We provide a 12-month guarantee for the service provided.

Oil starvation in the turbocharger

The picture shows a rotor whose shaft is modified due to oil starvation.
This happens when the shaft runs dry and rubs against the plain bearing, which leaves bronze marks.
When the oil pump does not deliver sufficient oil pressure to the system, an oil shortage occurs. This causes damages to the core of the turbocharger.

Niedobór oleju w turbosprężarce

Na zdjęciu widać wirnik, którego wałek jest uszkodzony z powodu niedoboru oleju w turbosprężarce.
Dzieje się tak, gdy wałek pracuje na sucho i ociera się o łożysko ślizgowe, co pozostawia brązowe ślady.
Gdy p***a olejowa nie dostarcza do układu wystarczającego ciśnienia oleju, dochodzi do zaniku filmu olejowego w turbosprężarce, powodując uszkodzenie rdzenia turbosprężarki.

Turbochargers remanufactured by VEHICLO are based on the latest knowledge and experience in the industry. Each turbocharger is treated individually by our specialists. This means checking and assessing the suitability of all parts of the turbocharger for the reconditioning process. Parts are checked against factory specifications (clearances, dimensional tolerances). The aim is to provide the customer with a remanufactured turbocharger with the features and benefits of a new turbocharger, and to restore the turbocharger to 100% efficiency, often for less than half the cost of purchasing a new turbocharger.
