We were rung to collect a swarm just off Totti Road, and when we turned up they decided to start flying. After stopping traffic on Totti Road they behaved well and flew back to the swarm box to go into their new temporary home. If you ever see a swarm, stand back and don’t go near them. Give Peter’s Local Honey a ring on 07831825206. We’re on the Manchester District Bee Keepers Association Swarm collectors, Heaton Park.

Busy day for Peter catching honey bee swarms. Big ones / and smaller ones. If you see a swarm and it’s settled give Peter a ring on 07831825206. He doesn’t charge and gives the honey bees a new home to live in. He’s a member of Manchester District Beekeepers Association swarm collectors and details can also be found on their website. He even voluntarily gives lessons for the new beekeepers to help them learn.
