Adansonia Confectionery Engineering specializes in Designing, Building & Refurbishing Confectionery Machinery Worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team.

The Job will Involve Various tasks including machining, fabricating, welding, painting & electrical work, fault finding with both mechanical and electrical faults.

You’ll also need a flexible, proactive approach and be able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently using your own initiative.

The ideal Multi Skilled Engineer will be dynamic and able to work under pressure.

Candidates are expected to have an engineering based educational background.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 till 17:00 with overtime available but must have a flexible attitude and be able to commit to working when call outs and overtime are necessary. The job will involve travelling and working away at times.

Full driving licence and own transport is required.

Competitive salary will be offered based on experience

Face Cut Taffy Whirl Rocks Candy Wrapping Machines

Special candy Face cut & wrap machinery in double twist wrap. The Candy product is turned 90° after being cut from the mass rope usually fed from a batch roller or rope sizer . The candy therefore once wrapped will show multi-coloured, lettered or patterned cut surface.

The Adansonia Mini Wrap Machine is a high speed machine suitable for the wrapping of various shapes of candy or solid products, like round, square, oval, ring, stick and lollipops etc.

Our machine wraps up to 1200 pieces per minute, depending on size and shape of the product.

The mini wrap machine is fitted with a smart PLC control, three servo motors to achieve flexible packing speed, a customised candy sorting plate is supplied providing more stable feeding of the candy before being wrapped.

A double film holder is fitted providing more efficient film changeover.

Additionally can be fitted with a vibrating feeding device.

Customised sealing Molds for zigzag, flat or easy to tear cutting.

The refurbished Rose Forgrove 22B Wrapping machine is fully stripped down, inspected, any worn parts replaced, painted in a colour of your choosing and fully restored and guarded to meet all health and safety standards
