2025 gym builds 🏋🏽‍♀️

Here are some of my favourite finished spaces, but the real work happens way before that.

Plans, redesigns, budgets, measurements, voice notes and a lot of back-and-forth to get it right.

Had quite a few new followers recently, so… 👋🏼

I’m Zoe - Sales & Community Manager at Primal

I’m part of the sales team and help create home and commercial gyms. I also head up the Primal community, making sure we bring as much value, support and inspiration as possible to everyone building their own space.

I started out as a coach straight out of school (about 384848 years ago 🫠), ran my own PT studio for 10 years, moved into gym management, and eventually joined Primal - where I’ve been for the last 2.5 years.

I’m here to share ideas, tips, and inspiration for your next project, and to help however I can.

Arturas turned an old church into his dream 1-1 PT studio - and what a space it is.

We started with a design that matched how he runs his sessions and built it out with the right kit to bring it all to life.

Incredible women’s only gym 👏

Suzi came to us with a vision for her dream women’s only space — and we were excited to help bring it to life.

It all started with a Teams call, mapping out how her sessions would run and what vibe she wanted for the gym. From there, we created a design that tied together flow, function and aesthetics.

Together we created this incredible space, another full Primal fit out.
