🏗 From Fabrication to Finished Feature Staircase.

It's always rewarding to see a project progress from raw steel in the workshop to a finished installation on site.

This staircase was manufactured to our customer's engineer's drawings and fully pre-assembled in our fabrication facility before delivery to site in Eurocentral.

The finished staircase features concrete-filled treads and landings with a carpet finish, giving it a completely different look from the steelwork that originally left our workshop.

The customer was delighted with the result and subsequently placed an order for an additional staircase within their warehouse facility — something we're always grateful for.

🏗 Another staircase fabricated and pre-assembled in our workshop prior to galvanising.

Pre-assembly allows us to check fit-up, alignment and overall build quality before the staircase leaves our facility, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient installation on site.

This staircase has been manufactured for a valued repeat customer who delivers facilities management projects across schools and hospitals throughout England.

This impressive 2-tier mezzanine totals 845m² over 2 levels and includes:

✔️Steel staircases
✔️Access ramps
✔️ Pallet gates on each level
✔️ Open steel flooring throughout

A great-looking installation that maximises the client’s available warehouse space while maintaining safe and efficient access across both levels.

Projects like this are a great example of what can be achieved with the correct design, fabrication and planning from the outset.

844m² of mezzanine flooring from top floor to first floor 🎥

This video gives a great perspective of a 2-tier mezzanine floor we recently manufactured and delivered in the north of Scotland for one of our valued trade customers.

The Mezzanine will be fitted with open steel flooring, along with handrails, ramps, and staircases as the next phase progresses.

While we didn’t carry out the installation on this project, we were proud to manufacture the steelwork and deliver it to site, ensuring everything was ready for a smooth install.

It’s always great seeing projects of this scale coming together.

From raw steel to finished product 🔥

These forklift guide rails for pallet racking aisles were recently completed in our workshop.

Angles were drilled and countersunk on our CNC line before being spray painted black hammer and prepared for delivery.

📢 It’s not always mezzanine floors and staircases… this is another side of the business we probably don’t share enough on our page.

👷‍♂️ We have a long list of builders that we service with steelwork for new build houses, extensions, renovations.

🏗 This steel frame was recently supplied for one of our builder customers as part of a residential extension project.

👨‍🏭 Before fabrication we always provide detailed drawings with all dimensions for approval — helping keep everyone aligned and reducing the risk of errors on site.

✅️ Once approved, the steelwork is fabricated in-house by our team, fully welded in our workshop, finished in grey primer, and delivered ready for installation.

📋 A straightforward project, but one that highlights the importance of planning, communication, and getting things right first time.

Another project completed ✅️

🏗 This galvanised access staircase was supplied and installed for a fish farming facility in Applecross, providing safe access around existing equipment within a live working environment.

From initial design through manufacture and installation, our team delivered a practical solution tailored to our client’s requirements.

This was one of several staircases completed for this customer — always great to see repeat business.
