Another month, another massive list of new features: hazards and TC button for burnouts or full lock. 0AY and RS3 support. Low power sleep mode. UDS support.

The AnyScan was used to crack Insignia Haldex. I don't have scan tools available for Vauxhall and thought I'd try this out. Functionality is excellent, loads of support and their customer service alone has been impeccable. It's went on to scan the X5 before I bought it, so already had my moneys worth from it.

Definitely one for keeping.

I couldn't even tell you what steering wheel I've fitted, but what I do know is how to write code.

An opensource VAG LIN based steering wheel controller, capable of mapping out new wheels to older chassis, supports CAN for aftermarket ECUs, the world is your oyster.

Massive shout out to who helped complete Generation 5 with a refurbished 0AY controller. For those wanting a Haldex controller but can't because your OEM unit is damaged, give these guys a shout. Couldn't get better service than what they've provided.

Generation 5 is now complete, with Golf R, RS3, S1 and all the other spicy chassis out there. Loads of new features: password protection, custom SSID, Learn feature, hazards and TC control. It's getting better every single week and it's all because the community is coming together to suggest new features!

Volvo or Gen6 next? I'll let the comments decide.

Finally, the long awaited video of Adam's trip to Scotland to see Adam with his V6T 4WD Vauxhall Adam has been uploaded ☺️

The two human Adams worked together for weeks to come up with a solution to get the haldex controller working in the other Adam as there was only one solution on the market that would have been more expensive and involve far less tinkering - so who would want that?

Yet another manufacturer covered by the OpenHaldex project!

and set THE WORLD RECORD for the fastest 1.8 EA888.3, completing a 1/4 mile in 9.93 with 629bhp / 514ftlbs using the OpenHaldex controller. Plenty of other mods but to be even a small part of it makes me warm inside. Absolutely well done to the team, they've built a monster!

New modes include burnout with hazards and full lock on TC off, this project only gets better every week.

Shake down is going well, only some minor tweaks and I can start upping the boost and properly learn Ignitron!
