A job we done for a commercial property on Chillingham road, property was suffering from water ingress and had rotted the timber floor.

We removed contaminated and rotted timber floor and wall plaster, reinstated new insulation and timber floor followed by tanking and replastering of damp wall area.

We hope everyone has had a brilliant christmas and new year and would like to thank all of our client for a successful 2025.

Here is one of our last jobs of 2025, a full insulated flat roof replacement incorporating a full epdm rubber roof system complete with licensed waste removal and a 20 year guarentee ✅️
