PROGRESS! Fuel injection pump is on the way out ready to be rebuilt and calibrated. Slightly underestimated how much I needed to remove but it’s nearly there! The MB-H is very well built but dam they squeezed a big engine in a small hole!

Slow on the progress for the last few weeks whilst awaiting some parts to arrive from caterpillar. The running issue has been located to a stuck fuel shut off and metering ports. Which is in the off position sized solid. I will remove the Pump this week ready to inspect what needs to be replaced.

More progress being made on the cab interior, rusty air filter has been removed. Ecu wiring cleaned up and building the enthusiasm to replace a fitting on the radiator.
