Falling film chillers can often be found on large dairy farms, thanks to their ability to rapidly cool milk.

Water flows in a thin film over chilled steel plates, removing heat quickly and efficiently before it reaches the Plate Cooler to pre-cool the milk.

By cooling milk earlier in the process, farmers can protect milk quality, reduce the load on their refrigeration system, and manage higher volumes more efficiently.
