Rebuild of a customer’s bbq, cut off the old sheeting, built a new shallower tray frame, tacked in the 2mm sheets and welded a grate from 10mm round on 12mm supports and legs. If the sheet rusts away in the future then a quick grind of the tack welds will enable fast replacements.
