Spring & Wire Form Manufacturing | Competitive Pay

We’re looking for a hungry, driven Business Development Manager to join our growing manufacturing business.

🔧 About the role:
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Proactively generate new sales leads
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Represent a specialist UK spring & wire form manufacturing business

👤 About you:
• Sales experience preferred (engineering or manufacturing is a plus, but not essential)
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Self-motivated, organised, and confident talking to customers
• Not afraid to pick up the phone and chase opportunities
• Keen to learn a specialist technical industry

One Full time position - Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am -2pm
