🚛 Prefab ready and on the move!

Another batch of HTC Mechanical prefabricated skids leaving our yard and making their way to one of our student accommodation projects in Birmingham.

Designed and modelled by our experienced in-house BIM team and assembled within HTC’s own prefabrication facilities, these skids showcase our complete design-to-install capability.

Incorporating DHW and LTHW air source heat pump services, pump sets and incoming water mains, each skid arrives on site fully coordinated and ready for efficient installation.

Prefabrication continues to play a key role in our projects — improving quality control, programme efficiency, and reducing installation time on site.

Great work by Team HTC getting another package built, checked and ready for delivery. 👏🔧

🏥 Project Completion | Craigavon Area Hospital

HTC Mechanical is pleased to have completed the mechanical installation associated with the refurbishment and reconfiguration of an existing area within the CSSD at Craigavon Area Hospital, creating the required infrastructure to accommodate five new rapidAER units.

Our mechanical works included the installation of two new Air Handling Units (AHUs) together with associated ductwork and supporting mechanical services, all delivered within a live healthcare environment.

Another successful healthcare project completed by Team HTC, supporting the continued development and improvement of essential hospital facilities.

🏌️‍♂️ From Beggs & Partners Golf Day to the Irish Open… almost! ⛳

A few of Team HTC enjoyed a brilliant day out at the Beggs & Partners Golf Day a few weeks ago.

With the Irish Open getting underway this week, we were waiting patiently for the call-up… unfortunately, it never came! 😂

Looks like we’ll stick to the mechanical contracting for another year!

The city was absolutely electric, with an incredible atmosphere, amazing music, and packed streets full of people enjoying the festivities.
