E. Quinn Civils are proud to be nearing completion of works at Mullenan Cemetery, Derry City - a significant project delivering 3,380 burial plots along with thoughtfully designed multicultural facilities to serve the whole community.

As part of the project, we had the pleasure of welcoming pupils from Ballougry Primary School for a guided tour of the new cemetery. The students showed great interest, asked some brilliant questions, and gained an insight into the work involved in delivering a project of this scale. They even helped with the landscaping works by planting a tree!

It’s been a privilege for E. Quinn Civils to play a key role in creating a respectful, inclusive space that will serve the community for generations to come.

On Monday past, E. Quinn Civils were delighted to welcome pupils from St Caireall’s Primary School, Aghyaran, for a site walkaround and tour of the nearly completed Mitchell Park in Castlederg. Led by our Site Supervisor, Shane Bonner, the group had the opportunity to learn more about the works, including the redevelopment of existing grass pitches into a new floodlit 3G pitch designed to accommodate both GAA and soccer, along with a walkway around the pitch. The pupils were able to ask questions and gain a real insight into the project.

It was fantastic to see the children getting involved—some even rolled up their sleeves to help Shane with a bit of GPS work! The day finished on a high with a few games, and the very first goal scored at Mitchell park!
