Hope everyone had a good Christmas.
We are back to our normal working hours Tuesday & Wednesday this week, then have an on call engineer available for emergencies the 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th of January.
We then return to our normal working hours on the 5th of January.

A CCTV drain survey can help identify issues within a drain - displaced joints, cracked pipes, root intrusion or foreign objects within the drain. You may also require one before purchasing a property, on a water authority request or mapping of your drains.
In addition to our standard CCTV camera we now have a smaller camera which enables us to get down in to gullies, survey smaller pipework & go down through a toilet without having to remove the toilet first.
The 18mm HD camera with a sapphire lens & ultra bright LEDs produce a clear image of a pipe's interior.

Credit where credit is due………..

Yesterday we had a real issue after someone decided it was a good idea to attempt to flush something down the toilet that they shouldn’t have, (even though we have receptacles in each toilet for this) which completely blocked all our toilet facilities for most of the day (nightmare!) We tried (in vain) to sort it, but allas, as good as we are, it was beyond our mindset of capabilities!

Of course, with hygeine being an absolute major priority, especially where food in a restaurant is concerned, we were left with no option but to close all the them.

Hats off to the team at SOS Drains Ltd, who came out to deal with the issue. The guy who came to deal with it was brilliant, and nothing was a problem, so a big shout out to the team at SOS Drains!

We are working as normal today & we will have an engineer on call Saturday, Sunday & Easter Monday for emergency call outs. Then back to our normal working hours on Tuesday the 22nd April.
