We get to work in some beautiful places(sometimes) 😎
Something a bit different today.
Trees cleared with tree shears and chainsaw to make a temporary access to get large rock armour in to repair a corroding riverbank.
The trees were then split, meaning no waste. And ready for my log burner😆

Recent work carried out at Portrac house and gardens.Completely redoing a 100m road which had drainage issues. 300mm dug...

Recent work carried out at Portrac house and gardens.
Completely redoing a 100m road which had drainage issues.
300mm dug out and replaced with a 225mm layer of drainage gravel and topped with 75 mm subbase.
New road gully put in and drainage crates laid to act as a soakaway as the existing one had failed.
Also garden landscaped with screened soil ready for seeding.

Some landscaping work carried out at Portrac gardens. Pathway dug out , subbase graded up ready for resin to be laid .Al...

Some landscaping work carried out at Portrac gardens.

Pathway dug out , subbase graded up ready for resin to be laid .

Also some reinstatement work after a mess was made from extracting timber over the winter.
